Trotters has a ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room and on the first floor there is a king-sized bedroom and a twin bedded room, both with en-suite bathrooms. The barn has central heating and enjoys its own private terraced garden situated within 30 acres of rolling hills and gentle countryside. Superb indoor and outdoor facilities include heated indoor swimming pool with counter-current jets; traditional sauna; outdoor children's play areas with swings, slides and trampoline; fields for ball games; indoor games room with table football, pool and table tennis tables; free WiFi throughout the whole complex; indoor toddlers soft playroom; and small fishing lake stocked with carp, tench and bream.

Tiverton is the main town in the Mid Devon area of Devon, England. It gets its name from the fact that it is located on two fords, and it is located not far from Washfield, Cadeleigh, Bampton, Stoodleigh, Cadbury, and Huntsham and is one of over three hundred towns or villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The closest cities are Exeter (population 106,772), Wells (population 10,406), and Plymouth (which has a population of 243,795 according to the 2001 Census).
